We had heard good things about Marcy and we Needed help with a large window shade that quit working. She came out to see our problem and she called the Hunter Douglas rep in Yakima and was able to get our shade fixed under warranty and she did not charge us a fee. We have 10 windows with shades that will need replacing in 1-3 years. We will definitely call Marci for all of our window shade replacements. She was fast and very professional.
